Cauliflower is packed with vitamins and nutrients and has a really neutral taste. It adds a thick, low-sugar/low-carb creaminess to anything when you blend it up!

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • avocado
  • fresh ginger
  • Plant based protein powder

  • nuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except smoothie toppings to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a little more liquid if necessary. Pour and top with optional toppings!

Notes

Sweeter fruits like banana, mango, and pineapple will make a sweeter smoothie, while berries will give you a slightly less sweet smoothie.

Experiment and have fun and share you favorite concoction!
